This department provides and supports a community
blood drive, health classes, wellness screenings, the yearly Huckleberry Health
Fair, and speakers for community meetings both in the hospital and at locations
in the community. Some of the classes offered include:

The Community Education office coordinates the
Parish Nurse (Faith Community Nurse) outreach program, assisting local Parish
Nurses in their churches with their own health ministries.
