Our compliance program provides a standard for ethical behavior and a reporting system for notifying management of potential ethical breaches.

The organization's legal board adopted the formalized compliance program, which consists of written policies, procedures and a code of conduct. These are designed to prevent, detect and correct violations of applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
