Childbirth Preparation Class

An introduction to the last stage of pregnancy and preparation for the new role of parenting. Covers techniques of relaxation, comfort techniques and methods of breathing to ease labor. We will be touring the Birthing Unit and learning about bottle and breast-feeding. You should begin classes between your seventh and eighth month.
