Faith in Action provides hearts and hands that assist people of all ages to enrich lives with hope and joy.

Faith in Action offers assistance and support to the frail and elderly and people of all ages who suffer from chronic illness, mental illness or disabilities through in-home volunteer services and through Wellspring, an adult respite day care center.

Volunteer services include:

• Local transportation
• In-home respite care
• Friendly visiting
• Light housework
• Yard work
• Minor home repairs

Wellspring is an adult respite day center that provides companionship and loving care by a licensed nurse and volunteers to care receivers while allowing a 'day away' for the caregivers. Daily activities include simple games, chair exercises, crafts, music and more. Lunch provided. Pre-registration required. $27 registration fee (no one is turned away due to inability to pay).

• 1st & 3rd Wednesday: Seventh-day Adventist Church, 2610 First Street, Tillamook
• 1st & 3rd Thursday: Covenant Community Church, 36495 Hwy 101, Manzanita
• 2nd & 4th Tuesday: Tillamook United Methodist Church, 3808 12th Street, Tillamook
• 2nd & 4th Thursday: Beaver Community Church, 24675 Hwy 101 South, Beaver
