2010 Walk of Faith: Sunday, August 22, 2010

Walkers of all ages and their dogs will be stepping out on behalf of Faith in Action at the eighth annual Walk of Faith on Sunday, August 22, 2010. This two-mile, fun-filled event in support of the respite care ministry of Faith in Action starts at Tillamook County General Hospital at 3:00 pm. A water break and blessing of the canine walkers will be available at St. Albans Episcopal Church along the route. Tillamook United Methodist Church hosts a reception at the walk's end.

Walk of Faith is for everyone, from babies in stroller to families and groups to individuals in wheelchairs. Family dogs are welcomed to participate, because they are great companions and often caregivers, too.
