General Information
For first time appointments, please check in at the front (East) entrance of the hospital.
If you need parking assistance, please let us know when we call to remind you of your appointment. Volunteers are available to park your car and assist you to the Outpatient Therapy Services department as needed. Wheelchairs are available at registration and we are happy to assist you to OTS.
The center elevator in the hospital (that has blue doors and is near the drinking fountain/bathroom area), opens up into the OTS department on the Third Floor of the hospital.
Please check in for your appointment at the Outpatient Therapy Services reception window when you reach the third floor.
