The urgent care clinic also provides primary and specialty medical care conveniently located near Manzanita, saving you the long drive to another Oregon coast city such as Seaside or Astoria.

Urgent Care Services
The Manzanita urgent care facility offers walk-in services for life’s sudden illnesses and injuries, such as fever, ear infection, cuts, vomiting, asthma or allergy flares. For significant pain, injury or difficulty breathing, always dial 9-1-1 for emergency care.

Family Care, Pediatrics & Specialty Services
A wide range of other medical services such as cardiology, family care, internal medicine, pediatrics podiatry, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) are also available. The family and urgent care clinic is open Monday through Friday weekly; weekend hours are available during the summer months.

Full-time clinic staff on duty include: Dr. James Rushing, Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Diseases, as well as Rob Soans, Family Care. Dr. Mark Scott Smith, Pediatrics, is available on Mondays.

Hours of Operation
Winter Hours: 8 am to 6 pm, Monday thru Thursday, and 8 am to 3 pm on Friday.
