Overview
Home Health is a cost-effective service provided to patients in their own homes, who have a confining illness, or are recovering from an inpatient stay. Home Health staff function under physician orders. Services include:
- Skilled Nursing
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech Therapy
- Medical Social Work
- Certified Home Health Aide
- Spiritual Health
Adventist Health/Home Care Services is a not-for-profit, hospital-based, full service home health agency affiliated with Adventist Medical Center. The Tillamook office serves patients throughout Tillamook County. Certifications include: Medicare; Medicaid; and Joint Commission.
